During her tenure as Athletic Director, Binger added 12 sports, oversaw major renovations to the softball field and tennis courts, brought the Chicago Bandits to campus, hired 10 new coaches, and saw programs enter the NAIA National Poll and win their first CCAC Championships.
In 2011, she was promoted to Executive Director of Enrollment Services and then in 2014 to Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Strategic Planning. She became Vice President for Enrollment Management and Strategic Planning in June 2015.
Her tie to Judson started as a student-athlete on the women’s basketball team. The four-year letterman was a NCCAA All-American, a NAIA Great Lakes All-Sectional member, and was the 1997 Judson Female Athlete of the Year.
Before coming to Judson, she spent three years at the NCAA Division I Summit League (formerly the Mid-Continent Conference) as Director of Media Relations.
