Judson University Choir to Tour Southern Illinois During Fall Break Tour, November 1-4
(Elgin, IL - October 17, 2012) The Judson University Choir will be visiting churches around southern Illinois for their annual fall tour and invites the public at attend these concerts. Led by Choir Director and Worship Arts Professor Warren Anderson, the tour will begin at 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 1 at First Church of the Nazarene in Springfield, Ill.
- On Friday, November 2, the choir will perform at 6 p.m. at Woodland Baptist Church in Peoria, Ill.
- On Saturday, November 3, the choir will perform at 6:30 p.m. at Christ Community Church of Princeton, Ill.
- On Sunday, November 4, the choir will sing for the 10 a.m. worship service at Advent Christian Church in Prophetstown, Ill.
The tour will conclude with a 7 p.m. performance at Gurnee Community Church in Gurnee, Ill.
Among more than 60 majors and minors that the university offers, the Judson Music Department provides programs in music performance, music education, and music ministry, as well as their newest program in music business and entrepreneurship.
