• On Sunday, April 3, the University Choir will hold its annual home concert at 7 p.m. at Herrick Chapel. The event is free and open to the public. A free-will offering will be taken.

• There will be a Percussion Ensemble Recital on Tuesday, April 12, at 7 p.m. in the Thulin Performance Hall in the Thompson Center. There is no admission fee.

• Judson’s Piano Performance Certificate Student Recital will feature three performers on Thursday, April 21, beginning at 5:30 p.m., in the Thulin Performance Hall in the Thompson Center.

Huntley Brown for a fundraising concert for the choir’s mission trip to Jamaica, Brown’s home country, in May. The event will be held at First Baptist Church of Elgin (1735 W. Highland Ave., Elgin) at 6 p.m.

• Then, get prepared to take in the Spring Concert of Worship, featuring Judson performance-ministry ensembles and also Judson’s own Prof. Pat Hargis performing excerpts of his song cycle, “Memories of Jesus,” along with the Judson University Choir and the Judson Civic Orchestra Strings, on Saturday, April 30, at 7 p.m. in Herrick Chapel. A free-will offering will be collected.
