Northern Illinois Chamber Orchestra Will Hold a Concert at Judson on July 28
(Elgin, IL July 24, 2014) Come hear the Northern Illinois Chamber Orchestra at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 28, in Herrick Chapel. The Northern Illinois Chamber Orchestra consists of about 40 players who are college students residing in northern Illinois. The program for this summer includes Beethoven Egmont Overture, Mozart Piano Concerto K. 488, and Beethoven First Symphony. The conductor is Jun-Hee Han, a graduate of Indiana University. The orchestra will perform the same program at four different venues. Judson is one of those. Other three venues are Freeport, DeKalb, and Wheeling.
The concert is free to students under 18, but the general admission (adults) is $10. However, all Judson faculty/staff/Judson Community Music School families are free.
