Willow Creek Teaching Pastor Steve Carter to Speak at Chapel on February 26


(ELGIN, IL-February 11, 2016) Steve Carter, the teaching pastor for Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Ill., will be the guest speaker for chapel on Friday, Feb. 26, at 10 a.m. in Herrick Chapel (1151 N. State St., Elgin).

Carter was a founding member of both Rock Harbor Fullerton Church and Solidarity in Costa Mesa, Calif.

His new book, “This Invitational Life: Risking Yourself to Align with God’s Heartbeat for Humanity” (David C. Cook, 2016) is due for release this August.

Carter and his wife, Sarah, live in Barrington, with their two children.
