Payroll and Benefits Web
The Judson University Payroll and Benefits Web will provide quick and easy access to payroll and benefits information. For additional information concerning instructions for logging in, please download and read the Employee Portal Instructions. Many of the forms previously available on this page are now located in the Payroll and Benefits Web.
- Access and print off your pay statements, W-2’s, pay history, etc.
- Update your personal information
- See your personal benefit information
- Link to and complete payroll and benefit forms such as the PAR form, the FSA reimbursement form, etc.
- Link to benefit providers such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Infinisource (FSA), Dental Providers, etc.
- Link to ezLabor for time and attendance entry

Blackboard
The password for this area will be unique to Blackboard and will not be the same as your email and network passwords unless you have manually changed it, through Blackboard, to be the same. This server is hosted off-campus. Your login will be the same as your on-campus login and your original default password will be equivalant to your student id number. Some professors will choose to communicate your grades in your class as you progress through the session through Blackboard. Please note, however, that your final and official course grade will be found by logging in to the Student Web Information site.

All Judson U students may use the Student Web Information site to find student specific information ranging from grades to billing information. |
Faculty/Staff Web
All faculty members will need to login to the Faculty Web Information site to enter session ending and mid-term grades. You may acquire login information by calling the Office of Registration and Records. Please submit login problems to the Help Desk |
