The Benjamin P. Browne Library contains a wide range of books, periodicals, online databases, and other academic resources for students. Located within the Harm A. Weber Academic Center (HAWAC), the library also serves as an excellent study space with computers, natural lighting, and wide tables for spreading out your work.
Conferences and Special Events offers a wide variety of meeting areas on campus, low cost technology, and delectable on-site dining and catering options for conferences, camps, weddings, and other special events on campus at Judson University. Their professional staff have experience with a variety of conference groups and would love to help plan your next event.
Campus Safety officers patrol the Judson's Elgin campus 24 hours, 7 days a week and are present at the Rockford Campus during classes. Students may call at any time for immediate assistance at (847) 622-9999 or extension 9999 from an on-campus phone. Students are encouraged to call for an escort after dark or at any time of the day if they need extra assistance. Offices are located to the right as you enter the University Center

The IT department is available to serve the Judson community with technology and phone services. If you need help with a technology issue please submit a request through the IT Help Desk, call 847-628-5040, tweet @JudsonIT, or stop by the IT office. The IT Department is located on the second floor of the University Center.
Creative Dining Services supplies Judson University with nutritionally balanced meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on weekdays and lunch and dinner on weekends. Students may make advance arrangements to pick up sack lunches when they are unable to go to the cafeteria for a meal. The Dining Hall is located on the lower level of the Lindner Campus Commons.
The Judson University Bookstore is your place for official Judson University textbooks, gear and supplies. Buy, rent, or sell used and new textbooks, find official Judson University gear, and purchase software and gifts - online or in the bookstore located in the lower level of the Lindner Campus Commons by the cafeteria.
Jerry's Cafe, located on the main floor in the Harm A. Weber Academic Center (HAWAC), is a full service coffee, espresso and smoothie cafe. If you want to get a premium quality drink without even having to leave campus, come to Jerry's today.
Student Accounts is available to assist students in implementing payment and budget plans for school tuition and to assist with credits and balances on their accounts. The office is located on the second floor of the University Center.
Financial Aid includes institutional aid, federal loans, federal grants, state grants and private aid. The Financial Aid Office can provide additional information that will help answer specific questions. The office is typically open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and is located on the second floor of the University Center.
The Registrar’s Office, located on the first floor of Lindner Tower, is available to assist students with registration for courses, applying for graduation, and advanced approval of transfer coursework. The Registrar’s Office also completes all official transcript, degree verification, and enrollment verification requests for current and previous Judson students. The Health Center, under the direction of a registered nurse, treats minor injuries and illnesses. A local physician has a regular visitation schedule on campus and other referrals are made with our local hospitals. Parents or guardians are notified in cases of serious injury or illness.
The Counseling Center staff help students understand their problems and themselves, achieve satisfying relationships, improve their academic performance, and make effective and satisfying career and life choices. Staff are available for crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and consultations on a variety of topics. For more information call 847-628-5052.
The SCC provides the Judson community with a comprehensive program of academic assistance including ADA accommodations, tutoring and writing assistance, quiet study areas, exam proctoring, retention services, and career counseling.
