Success Stories

medarisIn 2005, I had the opportunity to become a Judson student because of the deep commitments and connections between Judson and my parents-in-law. Not only am I married with three teenagers, I am also a senior at Judson, majoring in Music Education with Bilingual Education. In December of 2009, I will graduate and be equipped to teach music to any grade from kindergarten through senior high.

During my time at Judson, I have had many opportunities to be part of the university’s vibrant music and fine arts community. I toured the Midwest during a 10-day Choir tour, singing God’s praises to many people. The Judson Opera workshop was a day of fun as we performed arias and duets. I also have played in the orchestra and with a string quintet.God has gifted me tremendously, and I pray that I always stay where He wants me tobe. I feel myself growing and changing and getting stronger in my relationship with God here at Judson.
