Christian Ministries
"Educating, Equipping, and Empowering Life-Long Spiritual Leaders for Ministry Among People Worldwide."
For almost 20 years, Judson University's Department of Christian Ministries has been a leader in undergraduate ministry education. in addition to excellent, experienced faculty, there are a number of things that make us unique among Christian ministry programs:
GLOBAL
With ministry and teaching experience in Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and the Middle-East, the faculty bring an international perspective into the classroom, preparing students for our globally connected world. Students develop intercultural partnerships, lead short-term mission teams, and minister cross-culturally.
BIBLICAL
With the skills and knowledge needed for a life-long exploration of God's Word, students are prepared to integrate biblical and theological principles into their ministry practice.
EXPERIENTIAL
Students complete nearly two and a half years of field experience. With the guidance of faculty and a qualified site-supervisor, students learn to apply ministry skills and knowledge in real world settings.
INTEGRAL
Students receive a comprehensive education that integrates their passion for Christ, areas of study, and ministry skills. This interdisciplinary approach focuses on four main areas of study: Bible, ministry, human development and culture.
COMMUNAL
Together, faculty and students build community through retreats, mission trips, social activities, prayer, one-on-one mentoring, majors meetings, and experiential learning. These relationships exist long after students graduate from our program.
