  • Admission Requirements

    The Master of Organizational Leadership program at Judson University is an accelerated, cohort-based program designed to educate and equip individuals seeking advanced business knowledge and application.
    Admission to the program will be offered to the applicant whose overall profile demonstrates the ability to succeed in this graduate degree program.
    Successful candidates for admission to the MAOL program shall have:

    • A bachelor's degree from a college or university with regional accreditation, national, professionl,or specialized accreditation or with candidacy status, as documented via official transcripts.
    • A 2.50 overall undergraduate grade point average (GPA)
    • Two years of full-time work experience
    • Two letters of recommendation
    • Professional resume
    • An essay of at least 200 words explaining the purpose and goals of pursuing this degree.

    Candidates with overall GPA of less than 2.50 are also welcome to apply for consideration. In extending admission to students with less than a 2.50 entry GPA, Judson reviews the candidate's entire application package and considers factors such as college major, years and type of work experience.
