Search Process

The Judson University Board of Trustees has charged the Presidential Search Committee to conduct a search for the next Judson University president. The committee is working with SIMA International.

Planning
  • Search Committee and SIMA International meet to discuss search process
  • Survey to Judson Faculty/Staff/Students/Alumni/Donors
  • Search Committee meeting to review results of survey
  • Search Committee members and SIMA meet with campus groups in listening posts to capture campus feedback. Feedback incorporated into evaluation process
  • Draft of Opportunity Profile e-mailed to Search Committee for edits
Recruiting
  • Advertising plan developed, approved and implemented along with the Opportunity Profile
  • Requests for nominations/recommendations
  • Search Committee reviews critical leadership benchmarks
  • Nominees and prospects are contacted, applications received and reviewed
