Dr. Michelle Kilbourne has held executive-level positions in both corporate and not-for-profit organizations and has consulted with for-profit, not-for-profit, and municipalities. In these roles, she has helped clients implement processes and programs to align organizational behaviors. She has experience in change management, organization design and development; human resources; communication and involvement; instructional design and development; grant writing, and program and project management.

Certified to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Dr. Kilbourne utilizes it as the foundation for her executive coaching business for over seven years. 

With Judson University, Dr. Kilbourne serves as the Chair of the traditional business department. In this role, she works with students to implement their creative ideas including Shark Tank, which occurs every November.

Dr. Kilbourne is married to Carpentersville Chief of Police Michael J. Kilbourne, who teaches criminal justice classes for Judson University.
