Biography
God's calling to Patti has been in education her entire life because of  her passion for children and teaching! She has taught second grade, kindergarten, preschool, was a reading specialist, tutored, and directed a large, Christian accredited preschool. Patti has been a college adjunct at McHenry County College, Harper College, and Judson University before becoming a full time professor at Judson University in the education department. She has presented at early childhood conferences and was a local board member for AEYC. She observed early childhood programs (Birth through age 8) for national accreditation through National-Louis University. IDC (Illinois Director Credential) Level 3 is a new Illinois credential awarded to educators based upon their education, their experience and their contributions to the early childhood field of study. PDA (Professional Development Advisor) mentors other early childhood professionals. Patti's goal is to have everyone see the importance Early Childhood Education.
