Biography

Dr. Stacy Beebe has been teaching at Judson University since 2006. She began her educational career teaching K-12 physical education and health in a variety of public school settings before beginning her career in higher education. She has four years of high school, six years of middle school, and six years of elementary teaching experience. Dr. Beebe also spent two years teaching undergraduate students majoring in physical education and recreation at Chadron State College before arriving at Judson University. She is passionate about the value of physical education on student learning, self-esteem, and overall health and wellness. Her dissertation, "The Impact of Content Integration in Physical Education on Student Academic Achievement", has provided evidence that quality integrated learning experience in physical education can have an impact on student academic achievement.
