Dr. Gross came to Judson University in Elgin in 1997 as Director of Instrumental Music after serving as Director of Bands at Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas. He also served as Music Director of the Elgin Community College Civic Orchestra from 1998 until 2002, when he founded the Judson University Community Orchestra.
