Music Department - Overview | Judson University Christian College

Music

Skills—musical skills, that’s what it’s all about! The Music Department here at Judson University will teach you the skills that you need in the professional world, whether it is up front leading worship in the church, onstage in a professional concert hall or theater, on the road with your own band, or teaching public or private school music students. We have highly trained professional musician-teachers who care about their students and want to help you reach your highest God-given potential as you strive to become the best musician you can be.

You will learn to truly hear music, to understand its inner workings, and to play and sing like you never have before.

Judson University offers the following degree programs in music: Music Business and Entrepreneurship, Music Performance, Music Ministry, and Music Education.

We also offer a variety of musical organizations or ensembles in which you have the opportunity not only to participate and perform, but in which you will become a member of a musical community. These are open by audition to all interested students from any major on campus.
