Judson University Symphonic Band

Formed in 1997, the Symphonic Band has toured in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. Community membership is open by audition to community musicians who are at least a freshman in high school and are willing to commit to attending all rehearsals and performances. There is presently no fee for community membership, although university credit is available to those interested at current tuition rates.

The band rehearses each and every Thursday evening (except Judson University holidays; see academic calendar) during the fall and spring traditional semester at 7:30 p.m. in the Alice and Edward Thompson Center, room 116. The first rehearsal of the 2012-13 season will be on August 30, 2012.
