The World Leaders Forum brings world renowned speakers to the Judson Campus each year, to give students and the community a chance to hear an inspiring message, take an active interest in the framework of leadership, understand how leaders develop, and even ask questions and seek advice from someone who has made a global impact on our world.
2017 Event Speaker
IMPORTANT UPDATE - DECEMBER 9, 2016
Dr. Ben Carson has been nominated to serve as the Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Due to his nomination, Dr. Carson has notified us that he will no longer be able to serve as the keynote speaker for Judson’s 2017 World Leaders Forum.
At Judson University, we are committed to bringing world leaders to Elgin and the greater Chicagoland areas. The World Leaders Forum has established itself as a marquee event and it is an honor for a speaker to receive an invitation to speak.
With the late withdrawal of Dr. Carson, we are currently examining every option to replace him with a speaker of similar stature as our previous speakers, including such notables as Queen Noor of Jordan, Mikhail Gorbachev and George W. Bush.
Please look for news about the plans for this year’s World Leaders Forum in early 2017.
