Judson's Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership Program (MAOL) will help you to become an effective leader by providing practical applications within a variety of organizational settings. You will learn how to motivate people to create, communicate, and achieve a shared vision as well as use critical thinking and reasoning to solve problems and make logical decisions.

The program provides a leadership “tool kit” that you can put to use in your current job while also maximizing your future career potential. You and your fellow classmates will complete the program as a team, with each course meeting one night per week for 6 weeks, and the entire program can be completed in 16-18 months.

You will have opportunities to:

  • Complete degree in as few as 18 months
  • Attend class one night a week for 4 hours or online
  • Focus on practical application of theory
  • Take the program with a group of about 15 students
  • Earn a degree designed for working professionals
  • Get free daycare (available at the Rockford location)

Judson’s Professional Studies Division is tailored to adults who are building on work experience or prior education as they seek a Master’s in Organizational Leadership degree. Our students continually report that they are able to attend college and earn a degree while still maintaining their work and family life. Classes meet just one night a week or online.
