Benjamin P. Browne Library

The Benjamin P. Browne Library contains a wide range of books, periodicals, online databases, and other academic resources for students. Located within the Harm A. Weber Academic Center (HAWAC), the library also serves as an excellent study space with computers, natural lighting, and wide tables for spreading out your work.


Judson students can find all their course materials—including print books, eBooks, and digital subscriptions—on a university-branded bookstore website. Also, the Judson Spirit Store offers fair trade merchandise and branded spirit wear as well as a study/meeting place for students. The Judson Spirit Store is located in the lower Commons on campus.

Campus Post Office

The Campus Post Office (CPO) facilitates communication and delivery for students, faculty and staff, and parents/community, by receiving and distributing Judson University mail and packages. CPO is located on the lower level of the Betty Lindner Campus Commons

Campus Safety

Campus Safety EMS officers patrol the Judson's Elgin campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Students may call at any time for immediate assistance or an escort at (847) 622-9999 or extension 9999 from an on-campus phone. The Campus Safety Office is located in the Eastview building behind the Fitness Center, and also serves as the location for lost and found, parking permits, bicycle registration, and ID cards.

Career Services

Students & Alumni: Find resources on the Career Services page in MyJudson. Watch for workshops, career events and receive resume/job search assistance through the Student Success Center on second floor in Lindner Tower on our Elgin campus.
Employer & Recruiters: Please send position descriptions for internships and PT/FT jobs to and/or request a recruiting table in the Lindner Campus Commons. Judson’s job posting and recruiting guidelines are available at the link above.


Judson's Communications Office helps promote the university and its events, activities and stories through press releases, social media, print marketing, photography, email, the web, Campus Announcements, and Judson Today.

Conferences and Special Events

Conferences and Special Events offers a wide variety of meeting areas on campus, low cost technology, and delectable on-site dining and catering options for conferences, camps, weddings, and other special events on campus at Judson University. Their professional staff have experience with a variety of conference groups and would love to help plan your next event.

Counseling Services

The Counseling Services staff help students understand their problems and themselves, achieve satisfying relationships, improve their academic performance, and make effective and satisfying career and life choices. Staff are available for crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and consultations on a variety of topics. Financial Aid

Financial Aid includes institutional aid, federal loans, federal grants, state grants and private aid. The Financial Aid Office can provide additional information that will help answer specific questions. The office is typically open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and is located on the second floor of the University Center.

Food Service

Fresh Ideas supplies Judson University with nutritionally balanced meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on weekdays and lunch and dinner on weekends. Students may make advance arrangements to pick up sack lunches when they are unable to go to the cafeteria for a meal. The Dining Hall is located on the lower level of the Lindner Campus Commons.

Health Services

The Health Services, under the direction of a registered nurse, treats minor injuries and illnesses. A local physician has a regular visitation schedule on campus and other referrals are made with our local hospitals. Parents or guardians are notified in cases of serious injury or illness.Health Services are located in the Wellness Center in the University Center.  

Information Systems & Technology (IST)

Information Systems & Technology is available to serve the Judson community with technology and phone services. If you need help with a technology issue please submit a request through the IST Helpdesk, call 847-628-5040, or stop by the IST office, located on the second floor of the University Center.

Office of Pastoral Relations

Pastors often feel they are laboring alone. We at Judson want to help by offering different ways to support and encourage them. Visit the pastoral care page to learn more about our endeavors to help pastors be better in the all-important work they do.

Registrar's Office

The Registrar’s Office, located on the second floor of Lindner Tower, is available to assist students with registration for courses, applying for graduation, and advanced approval of transfer coursework. The Registrar’s Office also completes all official transcript, degree verification, and enrollment verification requests for current and previous Judson students. Student Accounts

Student Accounts is available to assist students in implementing payment and budget plans for school tuition and to assist with credits and balances on their accounts. The office is located on the second floor of the University Center.

Student Success Center

The SSC provides the Judson community with a comprehensive program of academic assistance including ADA accommodations, tutoring and writing assistance, quiet study areas, exam proctoring, retention services, and career counseling. The SSC is located in the Lindner Tower on the second floor.

Title IX Services

Title IX and the Campus SAVE Act ensure all students can study in an academic environment free from sexual violence and harassment, including dating violence and stalking. Judson University is committed to maintaining a safe educational environment for all students.
