Judson University trustees meet three times a year to help govern the university.
Mr. Maurice Ademe
Lake Villa, Illinois
Mr. Maurice Ademe is International Operations Manager at Uline Inc. in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Maurice graduated from the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities) with a Bachelor of Science in Business (Marketing & Finance). Maurice and his wife, Julie, have two grown sons, Andy and Mike (’15).
Mr. Harold Booze
East Peoria, Illinois
Mr. Harold Booze is a retired Human Resource Manager at Caterpillar Inc. Harold graduated from Millikin University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He and his wife, Judy, have two grown daughters, Susan and Tina.
Ms. Charlotte Canning
South Elgin, Illinois
Mrs. Charlotte Canning is the Chief Culture Officer of Hoffer Plastics Corporation. Charlotte graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing. Charlotte and her husband James, have two daughters, Colbie and Cora.
Mrs. Linda Colson
Belvidere, Illinois
Mrs. Linda Colson is an Assistant Principal at Belvidere South Middle School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Mathematics from Northern Illinois University. She also received a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Chicago. Linda and her husband, Jason, have two children, Jacob and Rebecca.
Dr. Gene Crume
Elgin, Illinois
Dr. Gene Crume is the President of Judson University. Gene graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Communications. Gene also received his Doctor of Education with a minor concentration in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University. He and his wife, Cindy, have two children, Alexandra and Gene III.
Mr. Dennis Demoss
Barrington, Illinois
Mr. Dennis Demoss has retired as Senior Vice President and Project Director for Sargent & Lundy. He received a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and Master of Science in Material Engineering from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He and his wife, JoAnn, have four adult children, Tony, Katie, Kristina (’11) and Jordan (’24).
Mrs. Tracy Evans-Land
Park City, Utah
Mrs. Tracy Evans-Land is the Founder/President of Kids Play International. Tracy graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. Tracy is happily married to her husband, Michael, and enjoy their two dogs, Lille and Piper.
Mr. Shawn Flynn (’89)
Colorado Springs, Colorado
Mr. Shawn Flynn is COO/Partner of Phil Long Dealerships. He has been building, leading and coaching teams for 30 years (15 years as a High School Football Coach). He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications from Judson University and a Master’s of Science from Colorado University. Shawn is married to Wendy and has three children, Layton, Dylan and Kendall.
Rev. Dr. Randy Gauger (’69)
Sycamore, Illinois
Rev. Dr. Randy Gauger is a retired American Baptist Pastor. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Judson University in 1969, his M.Div. from Bethel Seminary and D.Min. from Central/Northern Baptist Seminary. He and his wife Mary have two grown daughters, Cathy and Christy (’94).
Mr. Benjamin Glunz (’10/’12)
Elgin, Illinois
Mr. Benjamin Glunz is the Founder and CEO of Anguleris Technologies LLC the creators of BIMsmith® and Swatchbox®. Anguleris is responsible for the creation of top building industry platforms such as BIMsmith®, which helps building professionals download Revit families from the world’s top brands, and Swatchbox®, the world’s first architectural sample fulfillment service. Benjamin graduated from Judson University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, Urban Design Concentration, and his Master of Architecture, Traditional Architecture and Urbanism. Ben is happily married to Judson Alumna Cherise (‘13), and they have a son, Walter.
Rev. Greg Huguley
Elgin, Illinois
Rev. Greg Huguley is the Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church in Elgin, Illinois. Greg received his Bachelor of Arts from Shorter College in Rome, Georgia, M.Div. from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Mill Valley, California, and his Th.M. and Ph.D. of Philosophy (abd) from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He and his wife Rebecca have one son, Samuel.
Dr. Darryl T. Jenkins
Naperville, Illinois
Dr. Darryl Jenkins is the Senior Pastor of Faith Community Church in Itasca, IL. He received a B.S. from the University of Illinois in Management, an M.Div. from Northern Seminary in Leadership and Ethics, and a D.Min from Northern Seminary in Leadership & Organizational Development. He and his wife, LaDawne, are happily married.
Bishop Dr. Michael Love
Crystal Lake, Illinois
Bishop Dr. Michael Love is the Senior Pastor at Trinity Baptist Community Church International. He is also Chairman/CEO of the Love Family Christian Foundation. Michael graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and received a Master of Theology and Doctor of Theology from Emmaus Bible Institute & Seminary. Michael and his wife, Karen, have two grown children, Diana and Michael II.
Dr. Adam Mackintosh
Sterling, Colorado
Dr. Adam Mackintosh is practicing family medicine in a multi-specialty group at Banner Health Center in Sterling, Colorado. Adam is a 1997 Judson graduate where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Medicine. Adam graduated from the University Of Health Science College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He and his wife, Rachel, have seven children, Kayleigh, Josiah, Zachary, Collyn, Christina, Fidha and Wilson.
Mr. Reginald Moore
Sleepy Hollow, Illinois
Mr. Reginald Moore has retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Education Management, Inc. (dba Blue Cliff College). He attended the University of Maryland before serving in the United States Air Force for 14 years. He is happily married to his wife, Doreen, and has four adult children, Katrice, Reggie Jr., Kyle and Sierra.
Rev. Dr. Charles Moore
Batavia, Illinois
Rev. Dr. Charles Moore is a retired American Baptist Pastor He received his Bachelor of Arts from Geneva College in 1977, his M.Div. from Bethel Seminary, and his D.Min. from Northern Seminary. Chuck and his wife, Marilyn, have three grown children, Melissa ‘03, Joshua, and Michael.
Mr. Todd Oelerich (‘14)
Loudon, Tennessee
Mr. Todd Oelerich is Director of Sales and Business Development at Quantic Electronics. Todd received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Business at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois in 2014. He is happily married to his wife, Jeanne, and has an adult daughter, Anna.
Rev. Dr. Brett Smith
Champaign, Illinois
Rev. Dr. Brett Smith is the Pastor and Director of the University Baptist Church and Baptist Housing Ministry at the University of Illinois, and a Lecturer at the Urbana Theological Seminary. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, Master of Divinity from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Doctor of Philosophy from Northwestern University. He and his wife, Tammi, have two sons, John and Peter.
Dr. K. Shelette Stewart
Hilliard, Ohio
Dr. K. Shelette Stewart is an author, global speaker, consultant, and graduate of Harvard University with over 20 years of leadership experience with prominent organizations including Harvard Business School, The Coca-Cola Company, and BellSouth/AT&T. She is a Fulbright Foreign Specialist with a Doctorate in Business Administration and the founder and principal of Stewart Consulting, LLC, a firm dedicated to helping organizations with strategic planning and leadership development. Dr. Stewart is the author of the award-winning book, Revelations in Business: Connecting Your Business Plan with God’s Purpose and Plan for Your Life© which has been formally endorsed by several industry leaders including Dan Cathy, Chairman of Chick-fil-A.
Mr. Kevin Smith
BULLARD, Texas
Mr. Kevin M. Smith is a retired Founding Partner of Claycomb & Associates. Kevin graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Kevin and his wife, Lori, have two grown children, Lindsay and Taylor, and six grandchildren.
Mr. Bruce Strom (‘87)
Elgin, Illinois
Mr. Bruce Strom is the CEO of Administer Justice and the author of “Gospel Justice: Joining Together to Provide Help and Hope to those Oppressed by Legal Injustice.” He received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Judson University in 1987 and his JD, Law, from the University of Illinois College of Law. Bruce and his wife, Helen, have two sons, Joseph and Daniel.
Rev. Dr. Dae Sik Yang
Jinju-si, Republic of Korea
Rev. Dr. Dae Sik Yang is the Senior Pastor of the Jinju Sungnam Church in the Republic of Korea. He is also an adjunct Professor at Daeshin Theological Seminary. Dae Sik received his Bachelor of Arts from Judson University in 1998, an M.Div from Chong Sin Theological Seminary, and a D.Min from Westminster Theological Seminary. Dae Sik and his wife, Eun Joo have two grown children, daughter Jee Eun and son Daniel Hee Sung.
