Sharon Kim, Professor of English, specializes in late 19th to early 20th-century American literature, with a particular interest in aspects of Christian faith and spirituality in literature. She is the author of Literary Epiphany in the Novel, 1850-1950: Constellations of the Soul (Palgrave, 2012), winner of the 2013 Book of the Year award from the Conference on Christianity and Literature.
View Bio of Dr. Sharon KimDr. Varghese Mathai holds the Benjamin P. Browne Chair of Communications, named in honor of Judson University’s founder president. He came to Judson after two decades in the US professoriate at other universities in the Midwest. As a scholar-teacher, he sees his primary assets in the School of Donne and the early moderns, particularly in Gerard Manley Hopkins on whom he wrote his doctoral dissertation.
