Why Study Art & Design at Judson?

Yes, you can get a job with an art degree. Our 79-credit hour Bachelor of Fine Arts BFA programs will prepare you for life as a creative professional, and if you are interested in art therapy or other art-related careers, our 55-credit hour or Bachelor of Arts BA program in Art will allow you to add a minor or second major.

Students in our Art & Design Department can choose from one of four majors including a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art: Photography, or Bachelor of Arts in Art.

Receive hands-on experience that prepares you for your future career through required internships that your professors will help you secure in your desired field of interest. Students have interned at Glamour Magazine, Condé Nast Publications, Tyndale HousePublishers, the United Nations, as well as advertising agencies, artist’s studios, galleries and museums.
