Dr. Badal has been serving in Christian Higher Education for almost 18 years as Professor, Dean of Educational Services/Institutional Effectiveness at Crossroads Bible College, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dr. Badal has been serving in Christian Higher Education for almost 18-years from Professor, Dean of Educational Services/Institutional Effectiveness at Crossroads Bible College, Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Badal is a second generation Assyrian who enjoys meeting people of different cultures and languages. He loves bringing biblical education and training to reach a minority student population who have disadvantages of reaching theological education. . In 2019, he helped lead the institution toward a merger with another similar institution based in Houston, Texas called the College of BIblical Studies. He presently serves as Dean of Institutional Effectiveness and Professor of Leadership. He enjoys planning, leading in strategic conversation about change management within organizations, and often consults with other higher education institutions nationwide through their accreditation process. He teaches for other colleges and seminaries and enjoys doctoral mentoring at Lancaster Bible College, Lancaster, PA and Columbia International University, Columbia, SC. He is pastoring and serving along with his wife, Lisa at River Valley Evangelical Free Church in Ottawa, Illinois.
Dr. Badal’s special focus on his dissertation was on devotional practices among pastors in three different historic denominations. He enjoys the intersection of leadership and the spiritual formation of the leader. He also enjoys studying Biblical Counseling (Nouthetic) by helping people deal with personal problems through a biblical perspective.
He is married to Lisa. They have five children. He enjoys camping, bike riding, and reading.
