Dr. Brenda Buckley-Hughes serves as Assistant Vice Presidents] of Academic Affairs and teaches with enthusiasm and energy. She has a passion for her students’ speaking success. Dr. Buckley-Hughes is the author of Introductory Speech Communication: Overcoming Obstacles, Reaching Goals
For more than thirty years, she has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level at a wide range of colleges, universities, and the private sector. Her expertise brings oral presentation and literacy to an intersection of understanding and application. Dr. Buckley-Hughes research focus includes public speaking, readers theatre, fluency, and the arts in worship.
