Kim-Budd-Faculty

Kimberly Budd

Christian Ministries Department Chair, Associate Professor

Professor Kimberly Budd is the “matriarch of the Christian Ministries department” having served as a faculty member for over 20 years.  She has a BA in Psychology, MA in Ministry, and has completed numerous Ph.D. courses in Education.

Prof. Budd believes her most important (and rewarding!) task is to empower ministry students to be devoted disciples of Jesus and to be gracious agents of redemptive love in their world. Aside from her love of ministry and education, Prof. Budd has a heart for “kiddos from hard places” and is a certified foster parent.  In her academic “off-season” (summer) she enjoys relaxing by one of Michigan’s great lakes, searching for sea glass, and pondering God’s redemptive work in His beautiful world.
