Post-pandemic season has been a time of pulpit supply and worship leadership in small-town and rural congregations in Northern Illinois.

Dr. Rogers doctoral work focused on spiritual transformation of church staff, an outgrowth of her participation in the Transforming Center where space is created for God to strengthen the souls of leaders and transform faith communities.
