Roger Simmons is the President/COO of Crossinculture, a consulting and mentoring firm. It exists to provide interactive training and coaching that seeks to create brave spaces where participants can explore and increase their cultural awareness and improve their flexibility, by identifying cultural barriers, strengthening their cultural values, and developing a sustainable action plan to enhance their Cultural Intelligence (CQ).

Also, in conjunction to providing cultural awareness training we have a mentoring component that exists to build authentic relationships with our mentees right where they are at in their life.  Our aim is to come alongside the mentees and help them navigate challenges and develop skills to achieve their own goals.  The essence of our methods is inclusive of being mentee driven.

Our motto is “Building Character through authentic relationships.” We partner with local public and private schools in the West Suburbs of Chicago.

Since my early childhood I’ve been fascinated with exploring distinct cultures of the world and geography. During my free time I enjoy a good walk or watching sports.
