Interior Design Major

Judson's Interior Design Degree Program builds on a very successful architecture curriculum. Students earn a minor in architectural studies while completing the professional Interior Design degree curriculum in the third and fourth year of major study. The program is in a context of an evangelical Christian college, unique in the Chicago area.

Career Preparation

Students with a bachelors degree in Interior Design are prepared to enter a wide range of design practices. Many states require a license to practice Interior Design. The Judson Interior Design degree program includes the required amount of Interior Design coursework to qualify applicants for the license to practice in the states of their choice. The National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) indentify several tracks towards earning the license to practice in most states. The Judson degree program meets the requirements of NCIDQ for practice preparation of emerging professionals.
