
New York Times bestselling author Steve Eubanks will give the keynote address at Judson University’s Winter 2023 Commencement Ceremonies which will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 9, at Herrick Chapel on Judson’s Elgin campus (1151 N. State St.).
Eubanks is a New York Times bestselling author with 36 published books to his credit. He is also an award-winning columnist and reporter for sports publications ranging from CBS Sportsline and FOXSports.com to Golf Digest, Golf World, and Links magazines. He has been managing editor of several major sports and business publications and has collaborated with such notables as golf legend Arnold Palmer, NASCAR champion Jeff Gordon, Hall of Fame college football coach Lou Holtz, Winter Olympic gold medalist Steven Holcomb, IMG founder and CEO Mark McCormack, and world champion rodeo cowboy Ty Murray.
A noted public speaker, Eubanks has addressed audiences from adolescents to admirals. He has been the only civilian guest speaker for the change of command ceremony at U.S. Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and was the keynote speaker at the Joint Forces Reserve Orientation Course, Command 2nd Fleet in Norfolk, Va.
A former college golfer, Eubanks volunteer-coaches high school golf in Peachtree City, Ga., where he lives with his family and an assortment of dogs and cats.
