Melanie Gibb has taught part-time in the area of Graphic Design since 2004. She earned her BA Summa Cum Laude from Judson University and her MFA from the University of Northern Illinois. She also studied Product and Furniture Design at DeMontfort University in England.
Melanie Gibb is an award winning graphic designer in the areas of print and package design and has worked professionally as principle for Carson Baker, Inc., and as a designer for Design Resource Center. She also worked as a collaborator with Thirst in Chicago as part of their Moving Design “One Drop” initiative. Professor Gibb also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, working in her massive garden.
