Michael Kilbourne

Michael J. Kilbourne served the Carpentersville Police Department since 1989, where he was the Deputy Police Chief. Michael graduated from two of the premier Law Enforcement Leadership Programs in the country: Northwestern University’s Staff and Command in 2002 and the FBI National Academy in 2009.
He has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Western Illinois University (1986) and a Master of Business Administration from Illinois State University (1989). Michael has taught at Judson University since 2003.
