Dr. Linda Nussbaumer
Dr. Linda Nussbaumer began her university teaching career in 1994 as a temporary hire at South Dakota State University (SDSU), Brookings, SD. After one semester, she was hired as an adjunct until the completion of her doctorate. From that point, she moved forward to ultimately receive a full professorship. At retirement, she received the honor of Professor Emeriti. She loves working with students and has written several textbooks to share her knowledge and legacy in the written format. As the program coordinator at SDSU, she and her colleagues lead the program to become a CIDA-accredited program. Presenting and learning at the Interior Designer Educators Council (IDEC) became the norm.
