Rachael joined the RISE Program as a Life Coach under the RISE UP initiative and has since advanced to the position of Program Manager of the RISE Program. In this role, she is motivated by the opportunity to build strong professional relationships and to motivate and equip individuals to discover their true calling. Rachael is enthusiastic about her continued involvement with the RISE program in this new capacity. With a rich background in early childhood development, Rachael brings over twenty years of expertise to Judson, along with a track record of supporting children and their families from infancy to college age. Her experience extends to church leadership, as well as skills in management, marketing, and program development. Rachael’s proven leadership and communication skills have been instrumental in making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families she has served.  Rachael and her husband have shared over 23 years of marriage and are the proud parents of three wonderful children.
